In 2024, Seewarte AG built a new residential development consisting of three buildings at Asylstrasse 9, Aubrigstrasse 19, and Südstrasse 2 in Thalwil. The 2,605 m² of sealed surfaces on the property were fully offset with 3,126 m² of newly created natural areas in Cham, Canton of Zug.
Quality of the green space
The green space of the residential development was recreated in 2024 according to ecological criteria. Compared to the initial state (biotope value 2.2), a significantly more ecologically valuable environment was created with a target value of 3.9 biotope values.
